Your Lucidbride order is supported by a written agreement, documented production stages, final approval and tracked worldwide delivery. This page explains what to expect before your gown enters the atelier.
BEFORE PRODUCTION BEGINS
Before production begins, your bridal direction, measurements, design details, timeline, payment schedule and delivery information are documented for your approval.

Written Order Agreement
Every confirmed bride receives a personalised written order agreement summarising the approved design, measurements, payment schedule and planned production timeline.

Payment Documentation
A payment receipt is provided for each payment, together with an official invoice.

Approved Bridal Direction
The silhouette, construction direction, fabrics, lace details and requested customisations are confirmed before the gown enters production.

Planned Delivery Window
The expected production and delivery schedule is established around the bride’s wedding date.
PAYMENTS
01 · INITIAL DEPOSIT
A 30% or 50% deposit reserves the bride’s atelier capacity, production planning and required materials. The percentage depends on the wedding date, urgency and production timeline.
02 · PRODUCTION
The remaining balance is not requested while the gown is still incomplete.
03 · FINAL APPROVAL
Once the gown is fully completed, the bride receives final photographs and videos for review and approval.
04 · FINAL BALANCE
The final balance is requested only after completion and approval.
05 · COURIER HANDOVER
The gown is securely prepared for shipment. Tracking or shipment information is shared, and the parcel is handed to the courier after the final payment has cleared.
AVAILABLE PAYMENT OPTIONS
Available methods may vary according to the bride’s country, currency and transaction requirements. The confirmed payment method and amount are recorded in the written order agreement.

ATELIER TIMELINE
STANDARD ORDERS
Approximately 8 to 10 weeks
Most Lucidbride gowns are completed within approximately eight to ten weeks after the approved design, measurements, deposit and required materials are confirmed.
URGENT ORDERS
Subject to atelier approval
Selected urgent orders may be completed in a significantly shorter timeframe, in some cases approximately one week. Availability depends on the gown design, materials, atelier capacity and destination.
PREFERRED ARRIVAL
Approximately 4 to 6 weeks before the wedding.
Where possible, we plan delivery within this window to allow time for final preparation and to reduce the effect of last-minute measurement or weight changes.
BEFORE SHIPMENT
Every gown passes through a final atelier review before shipment. The bride receives final visual updates and confirms the completed result before the remaining balance is requested.

DELIVERY
Lucidbride works with recognised international courier services according to the destination, delivery window and available service level.

Tracking information is provided for every shipment.

The gown is carefully prepared and packaged before courier collection.
Insurance on Request
Shipment insurance can be arranged when requested and supported by the selected courier service.
Delivery Communication
The bride receives shipment details and the available tracking information once the parcel is prepared and handed over.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customs duties, import taxes and local handling charges are determined by the destination country and are normally the responsibility of the recipient.
Lucidbride provides the available shipment and invoice documentation required for dispatch. Customs procedures, processing times and local charges remain subject to the destination country and its authorities.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
Each Lucidbride gown is planned and produced according to the bride’s approved measurements, design direction, materials and wedding timeline. For this reason, atelier capacity and production costs begin to be committed once the order is confirmed.
DEPOSIT
Deposits are normally non-refundable.
The deposit reserves atelier capacity, production planning and materials specifically for the bride.
AFTER PRODUCTION BEGINS
Custom orders cannot normally be cancelled once production has started.
Patterns, fabrics, construction and handwork are prepared specifically for the approved order and cannot generally be reassigned to another bride.
VERIFIED PRODUCTION ISSUE
Verified issues are reviewed fairly.
This policy does not remove the bride’s rights where there is a verified major production fault, material non-conformity or a completed gown that materially differs from the approved written order. Any concern must be reviewed using the written agreement, approved design details and final documentation.
DESIGN REFINEMENTS
Lucidbride understands that small refinements may arise as a gown develops. We remain open to reasonable adjustments where they are technically possible and do not require the gown to be reconstructed.
Small and Medium Refinements
Reasonable small and medium changes are generally completed without an additional design fee where technically possible and compatible with the approved construction.
Major Changes After Cutting
Major silhouette, construction, fabric or design changes requested after the approved gown has been cut or production has started may require an additional fee, new materials and a revised timeline.
Any additional charge or timeline change must be confirmed with the bride before the work proceeds.
YOUR PRIVACY
Measurements, personal information, private messages, reference images and order documentation are used only to manage the bride’s inquiry and custom order.
