01
Lucidbride is a bridal atelier based in Izmir, Turkey, offering made-to-measure bridal gowns and related bridal services for international brides. Legal business name: IZMIR MODA EVI. Contact: lucidbridecontact@gmail.com.
02
By using this website, visitors agree to use it respectfully and only for lawful purposes. Visitors should not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security, copy content without permission, or submit false, misleading or harmful information.
03
Submitting an inquiry or bridal brief does not automatically create an order, reservation or confirmed commission. A commission is only confirmed after Lucidbride reviews the wedding date, location, design direction and atelier availability, the bride receives confirmation from Lucidbride, payment terms are agreed, and the required deposit or first payment is received where applicable.
04
Each Lucidbride gown is individually priced according to design complexity, fabric direction, lace, embellishment, structure, production timing and customization level. Prices shown or discussed before final review are estimates unless clearly confirmed in writing. The final price, payment currency, payment schedule and available payment method are confirmed privately in the bride’s written quotation, invoice or order confirmation before payment is made.
05
Payment stages may vary by commission. A deposit or first payment may be required to reserve atelier time, secure materials and confirm production priority. The applicable currency, deposit amount, payment schedule and available payment method are confirmed individually in writing before payment. Payments must be completed using the agreed currency and method stated in the quotation, invoice or order confirmation. Any bank, transfer, currency conversion or intermediary fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Once materials are sourced, production is scheduled or custom work has begun, deposits and payments may become non-refundable depending on the stage of the commission.
06
Lucidbride gowns are made to measure and created according to the bride’s approved direction, measurements, selected details and atelier process. Because each gown is custom-made, it is not treated like a standard ready-to-wear product.
07
The bride is responsible for providing accurate measurements and following the measurement guidance carefully. Lucidbride provides remote guidance to support the process, but final minor local adjustments may sometimes be needed as part of bridal preparation. Made-to-measure improves fit, but it does not remove every possible final adjustment need.
08
Design changes may be possible during the early stages, depending on timing, materials and atelier approval. Once fabrics are sourced, patterns are prepared or production has begun, changes may be limited or may require additional cost.
09
Production timing depends on the gown, fabric direction, level of detail, atelier schedule and wedding date. Lucidbride plans each commission around the bride’s wedding date, but timelines also depend on timely communication, payment, measurement submission and material availability.
10
Lucidbride may ship internationally. Shipping timing, carrier, tracking and delivery details are discussed according to the destination and production schedule. The bride may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, local fees or delivery requirements depending on her country. Shipping providers: DHL EXPRESS, UPS, FEDEX.
11
International shipments may be subject to customs review, import duties, taxes or local charges. These are usually determined by the destination country and are not fully controlled by Lucidbride.
12
Because Lucidbride gowns are custom-made, cancellation and refund options depend on the stage of the commission. If cancellation is requested after materials have been purchased, atelier time has been reserved or production has begun, some or all payments may be non-refundable. Final cancellation and refund terms should be confirmed in writing before each commission begins. This section should be legally reviewed before launch.
13
All Lucidbride website content, images, designs, text, branding, layouts and visual materials belong to Lucidbride or are used with permission. Visitors may not copy, reproduce, sell, edit or use Lucidbride content without written permission.
14
Lucidbride may request permission to use bridal images, testimonials or stories. Such content is used only with permission. The bride can discuss privacy preferences with the atelier.

17
These Terms and any agreement between Lucidbride and the client are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any concern or dispute should first be addressed in good faith through written communication. Where formal proceedings are necessary, the competent courts and enforcement offices of Izmir, Türkiye shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
