Lucidbride may collect full name, email address, country or location, wedding date, dress preferences, silhouette and budget information, messages and inquiry details, inspiration links and uploaded inspiration images, a newsletter email address if you subscribe, and technical website data, only when analytics tools are enabled.

How We Collect Information
Information is collected through the Start Your Dress inquiry form, the file upload field for inspiration images, the newsletter subscription form, email and WhatsApp communication, direct communication with the atelier, and website analytics, only after applicable consent.

We use information for reviewing bridal inquiries, responding to prospective clients, planning design direction and atelier availability, preparing quotations and order details, managing made-to-measure commissions, delivering requested newsletter emails, improving the website where analytics consent has been given, and preventing misuse, fraud and technical issues.

Depending on the situation, processing may be based on steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of an agreement, legal obligations, legitimate business interests where appropriate, or consent for optional marketing and non-essential analytics. Not every activity relies on consent.

Uploaded Images and References
Uploaded files are stored through Google Drive infrastructure, and access links may be generated for inquiry review. Files should contain bridal inspiration only. Please do not upload identity documents, financial information or unrelated sensitive information. Files may be deleted or archived once they are no longer needed.

Where applicable, Lucidbride may use services and processors including Framer, Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Apps Script, email service providers and Mailchimp. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel may be used after consent where enabled.

Some service providers may process information outside Türkiye or your country of residence. Where legally required, appropriate safeguards are used to protect personal data during these transfers.

Newsletter Communications
Mailchimp is used to manage newsletter subscriptions. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each email. Newsletter registration is separate from submitting a bridal inquiry.
